William Richard Watkins, 81, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on October 17, 2015. He was born in Los Angeles, California on December 30, 1933 to Richard and Verna Watkins.
He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Marshall, of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Tina Mitchum, of Atmore, Alabama, and Angela Mosely, of Aurora, Colorado; one son, William Watkins Jr., of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; twenty grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Elise. Services entrusted to Arkansas Cremation. Guests may register at www.arkansascremation.com.
