Vicki Bell

Vicki Lynn Bell, age 65, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 12, 1951 to the late Harold Bell and Clara Rita Neal Bell. Vicki grew up in the Indian Hills community of North Little Rock, that her father helped develop, and was a member of the 1969 graduating class of North Little Rock High School. She was retired from the city of North Little Rock after twenty years of service. She loved to fish and had a soft spot for animals.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Bell.

A celebration of her life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Calvary Assembly of God, 3420 Military Road, Benton, AR 72015 with Pastor Randy Roach officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
