Thelma D Yalch, age 90, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away on April 14th, 2020. Born on May 28, 1929 in Weatherford, Texas, to the late Martin Frank and Annie Mae West. Thelma always had a smile to offer and she never met a stranger. She loved everyone and enthusiastically enjoyed her life. She was a great mom, devoted wife, and good friend to all who knew her. Thelma and her husband, Ted, loved animals and have always had a kind place in their hearts for creatures big and small.
She was preceded in death by her parents, twenty-two siblings, two daughters, Diana Coyne and Cynthia Froelich, and one son, James Knight.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Theodore Yalch; Their blended family of five children, Ronald Knight and wife Mary of Hot Springs, AR, Sharon Rodriguez of Boise, ID, Deborah Chavez of Lancaster, CA, and Brenda Klipple of Temecula, CA; Greg Yalch of Irvine, CA, and Renee Moffat of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 23 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no service at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Thelma Yalch, to Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League, PO Box 8032, Hot Springs Village, AR, 71910.
