Tammy Scoggins

Tammy Roxanne Scoggins died on February 26, 2015; she is survived by her husband, Steve Scoggins of Little Rock, one son, Wynn Scoggins of Chicago, Illinois and an adoring Tibetan Terrier, Daisy. Her parents are Willie and Carolyn Hooks of Hot Springs, and she has one sister, Cindy Webb (Eric) of Searcy and their son, Sam. The family would like to thank Arkansas Hospice, Dr. Tim Webb and Dr. John Pace (both of Hot Springs), Dr. Thomas Sneed (Little Rock) and especially Dr. Stylianos Rammos and his staff (Little Rock). Upon the request of Mrs. Scoggins there will be no public service. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation and Funeral Service of Arkansas.
