Sandra Kay Belew-Beckcom, age 56, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas passed away peacefully Sunday, August 22, 2010. She was born in Big Spring, Texas, February 17, 1954 to Colleen and Paul Belew.
Her story included love, adventure, compassion, learning, challenge, laughter and peace. She spent her life, personally and professionally caring for people and animals of the earth. A world citizen, unafraid of anything she was a free-spirit; Sandra lived and loved life.
She blessed her friends and family with inspiration and hope. She is survived by her husband, Michael Leroy, daughter Iris, Son Ethan, his wife Sarah, grandson Evan, Mother Colleen, Brother Gary, Sister+�-+-+s Cindi and Janet. She was preceded in death by her father Paul, step-father Arvin, Grandmother Betty, and nephew Andrew. Her memorial service will be held at 10:00am August 27, 2010 at First Methodist Church of Prairie Grove. Donations can be made to Circle of life, Hospice, Springdale AR.
