Robert McNeely, 64, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus on December 12, 2017. He was born June 12, 1953 to William McNeely and Myrtle Dickerson McNeely. He retired from the Little Rock Police Department after 27 years of service.
Robert is survived by his wife of 32 years, Donna McNeely; two sons William and wife Tonya, Robert, and daughter April Gann and husband Charles, and six grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date and his ashes will be taken to Van Alstyne, Texas at that time, where his parents and grandparents are buried.
