Penn Breazeal

Penn Breazeal, 80 years old, passed away with her family by her side on August 19th, 2021. She went to be with our Lord. She was the daughter of William Penn and Edna Alice Lipscomb.

Penn graduated high school and married Tommy Rosco Breazeal, November 2nd, 1962. They raised two boys, (Big T) Tommy Randall Jr. and Todd Ryan Breazeal. Penn worked for Teacher retirement until she retired.  Penn was a Christian, A member of Eastern Star, Lifetime member of Kelt Creek Hunting Club.  She was an avid deer hunter, a painter/artist, a gambler, over the years she also owned and operated   Kiddie Campus Daycare, and Big Ts Mud drags, she was all smiles and enjoyed life.  Above all she was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Penn was widowed in 2008, when her husband, Tommy, passed away.  She is preceded in death by her mother, father, first born son, Tommy Jr. (2021), and first born grandson, Adam Jackson(2009), her brother, John Lipscomb (2010).

Penn is survived by her son, Todd Ryan Breazeal and wife Candice of Sheridan, AR., and her youngest grandson, James Aaron Breazeal of Sheridan, brother, Russell Flegel of Rolla, Mo. ,as well as a host of family and friends.

Memorial is being planned/and will be announced at a later date due to Covid.
