Kathryn Diane Daneshmandi, age 63, of Little Rock, AR, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022. She was born September 25, 1959 in Kansas City, MO to Mary Lue Gibbs and Robert (Bob) Fisher. She graduated from Henderson State University in 1984. She retired in 2021 from Cloverdale Middle School after 37 years of teaching.
Kathy was an avid Razorback football fan. She never met a stranger in her life. She was also the most helpful and giving person you would ever meet. She was a believer in Christ and became a devoted member of Henderson United Methodist Church in 2000.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, K.C. Daneshmandi.
In addition to her husband, Kathy is survived by her son Kendall Bryce Daneshmandi and his wife, Kayla of Little Rock; brothers Steve Fisher and his wife, Anna of Fort Smith, Mike Fisher and his wife, Lana of Camden, Matt Gibbs and his wife, Crystal of Camden; nieces and nephews Krista Merriott and her husband, Cory of Camden, Kyle Fisher of Fort Smith, Emily Fisher of Little Rock, and Ethan Gibbs of Camden; step-father Bill Gibbs of Camden; step-mother Ginger Fisher of Rogers; her special “daughters” Christian Gatewood and Crystal Taylor; her special “son” Matt Gray; and her special “grandkids” Aiden Taylor and Ariana Bluford.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Lue Gibbs and Bob Fisher and her son, Kevin Chase Daneshmandi.
Services will be held on Friday, December 2nd at 3:00 p.m. at Henderson United Methodist Church, 13000 W Baseline Rd Little Rock, AR 72210.
The service will be live streamed on the Henderson United Methodist Church Facebook Page.
