Jonathan Surrette

Jonathan Lee Surrette passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013. He was born on March 2, 1991, to Robin Raglin Surrette and Michael Lee Surrette, in Memphis, Tennessee. In addition to his parents, he is survived by the following family: brothers Michael, William, and Stephen; infant son Sunny; grandparents Gloria Surrette, Ralph Simmons and Jeri Raglin. Jonathan is also survived by his aunts and uncle, Ranee Crowe and Bill and Corinna Surrette; Sister-in-law Melanie Surrette and niece Zoe Surrette. Jonathan loved to make people laugh and was happiest when playing his guitar for his family and friends. Some of us remember him standing on the street corner in his banana suit advertising for Tropical Smoothie; some of us remember him behind the deli counter at Kroger making cookies; all of us will remember him as a young man with a sweet soul and kind heart. We all love him and will miss him forever.
