Joel Heavener

Joel Nathan Heavener, 70, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, died March 28, 2018. He was born June 26, 1947 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Ray and Doris Heavener. He was retired from the State House Museum.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., March 31, 2018 at Cedar Heights Baptist Church, 14510 Cedar Heights Rd, North Little Rock.
