Joe McMillan

Joe McMillan, born July 3, 1935, passed away on January 9, 2016. He was born in Knoxville, TN, to Hugh and Anna Mae McMillan. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Karen White; and one sister, Jackie Moore. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn England McMillan; three sons, Eddie McMillan, of New Edinburgh, David McMillan and Stephen McMillan, both of Fordyce; one daughter, Kimberly Russell, of New Edinburgh; two brothers, Eugene McMillan, of Halls, TN, and Ben McMillan, of Florida; fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
