James Lavelle Johnson, 52, of Little Rock died peacefully at home with his family surrounding him on Thursday December 4, 2014. James was born on November 6, 1962 to James Earl Johnson and Carolyn Jean Booth Kelly in Scott, Arkansas.
Lavelle leaves to cherish his memories; son, James Johnson; daughters, Brittney Johnson and Whitney Johnson; one precious granddaughter, Jamariyah Johnson; mother, Carolyn Booth Kelly; father, James Earl Johnson (Jennifer); fianc+e, Vicki Hemphill of Tulsa, Oklahoma; siblings, Michelle Howard (Otis), Kim Booth, and Yvette Shepherd (Tony) Rochelle Johnson, Pebbles Johnson, LaDonna Johnson, Shala Johnson (Birden), Jimmy Johnson, Britt Johnson, DJ Johnson, Kevin Bell, Randall Bell and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be held Saturday December 13, 2014 at IDMR 202 S. Palm St. North Little Rock, AR 72114 at 11:00 AM.
