Guy Gill, III

Guy (Trey) L. Gill III passed peacefully at the hospital at age 61 on July 10, 2022. He lived out his last days with family in Little Rock, AR.

Born September 4, 1960, in Pine Bluff to Guy and Janis Gill. Trey was the first born of 4 children. He was an entrepreneur and usually blazed his own trail taking him through some highs and lows of the business world. He always had the grandest ideas. He drove an 18-wheeler 30+ years and would call that his “bread and butter” but his heart belonged to the earth. He loved to read about plants and gardening. His latest venture was aquaponics and with 10 years of research, he planned to get started once he was healthy.

A large party in the sky rejoined Trey with all that preceded him in death. Partner, Leslie Mann; son, Joshua Allen Gill; brother, John Gregory Gill; wife, Edie Railsback Gill; dad Guy Gill Jr..

He is survived by son and daughter-in-law Guy (Gilly) & Lauren Gill of Little Rock, AR; mother, Janis Gill Ward of Fayetteville, AR; sister & brother-in-law Tracie & Patrick Slattery of Fayetteville, AR; brother Gary Gill of Little Rock, AR; nephews and nieces Del Ray Robinson, Blaise, Kyle, and Kaylee Gill, Aubrey Lawrence, Maggie and Marty Slattery.

The family would like to invite everyone to a Celebration of life service to be held at Grace Church, 24300 US-167 S. Hensley, AR 72065. Visitation begins at 2:00 pm and the service begins at 3:00 pm Monday, July 25, 2022, to be officiated by pastor Tommy Jones. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Church Recovery Ministry.
