Frances Banks

Frances Hazel Banks, age 87, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 6, 2019.  She was born in Los Angeles, California on July 17, 1932 to the late John and Hazel Topham.  She retired from the banking industry as a bank teller and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hot Springs Village.  She enjoyed banking, cake decorating and loved to sew.  She also enjoyed directing bridge and taking bridge cruises.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Raymond Banks; son, William Banks (Asma) of Columbia, MO; daughter, Susie Banks of Hot Springs Village; four grandchildren, Ryan and Adam Banks of Columbia; Krystal Bruce of Washington State, and Noelle Bruce of Memphis, TN; her feline companion, Magic; cousins; other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Christ Lutheran Church, 103 Ponferrada Way, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas 71909.
