Debra Jean Carroll, 57, passed away on December 20, 2016 at the University Of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on November 3, 1959 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to John and Dorothy Carroll.
Deb grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She graduated from Sooner High School in 1978. After high school she attended the University of Oklahoma where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, and the University of Denver, where she earned an MBA. She explored many passions and vocations, including working as an academic advisor, running a food pantry, and maintaining a small family homestead.
Deb is survived by her daughters, Laura Ginsberg and Kathryn Owen, granddaughter Leah Ginsberg, siblings Colleen Martin and John Carroll, nieces Jessie Martin and Mackenzie Carroll, and nephew Crawford Martin.
A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 210 E 9th St, Bartlesville, OK 74003 at 1:30 PM on Friday, December 30, 2016.
