Wanda Jane "Janie" Luckey, age 67, of East End, Arkansas passed away September 11, 2018. Janie was born in Little Rock on April 19, 1951 to Eddie and Mary Ashley.
Janie loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening and growing beautiful flowers. She took great pride in her lawn. She was a home-maker and a stay-at-home mom for many years before serving as a dedicated employee of Bingham Road Baptist Church Daycare for 19 years.
She is survived by her husband of forty eight years, Donald Luckey, Sr.; two daughters, Kimberly Luckey and Sandra Luckey; one son, Chris (Kristen) Luckey; fifteen grandchildren, Jacob, Kayla, Savanna, Mason, Cody, Dylan, Cassie, Andrew, Brayden, Mahlea, Makhi, Makoa, Jaxon and Dalton; father, Eddie Ashley; sisters, Jean (Mark) Burkhalter, Delores (Ronnie) Wells, and Rebecca Carroll; brother David (Jill) Ashley and an abundance of nieces and nephews
Janie was preceded in death by her mother Mary Ashley; son, Donald Luckey, Jr., and grandson, Tanner Allred
Memorial Service is 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2018 at East End Baptist Church, 4701 E. End Road, Hensley, Arkansas 72056.
