Vincent Harris, 72, of Pine Bluff, died on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at a local hospital. Vincent was born April 8, 1943 here in Arkansas.
He is survived by one daughter, Veltee Davis, of Lexington, Mississippi; four brothers, Booker T. Harris (Mary Lou), of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Willie L. Harris (Pam), of South Bend, Indiana, Loranzo Harris (Florine), of Las Vegas, Nevada. And James Harris (Jonnie), of West Palm Beach, Florida; and two sisters, Lorrine Patterson (J.D.), of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Helen Wynn, of Gary, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Vincent traveled the country singing gospel music, and he played and sang in many bands, a few of which were, Four Locks, New Birth, and Men in Black. The family would like to thank Hospice Home Care for all of their love and support.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 8, 2015, at New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Pine Bluff. Pastor Robert Williams will be officiating the service.
