Travis McCoy III

Travis Walton McCoy, III, of North Little Rock, Arkansas died Monday, February 4, 2019.  Mr. McCoy was born in Little Rock January 14, 1943.  He attended Little Rock schools, graduating Hall High in 1961.  Mr. McCoy enlisted in the United States Army in 1962 and served with Intelligence in Vietnam in 1963. Upon returning to the US, he served in a variety of capacities including as a courier for the Department of State.  Leaving the Army, he returned to school, graduating Little Rock University in 1967.

Mr. McCoy is preceded in death by his parents, Travis Walton McCoy, Jr. and Evelyn Greene McCoy and his sister Meredith McCoy Slaughter.  He is survived by his brother John Greene McCoy and wife Joelybelle Barosa McCoy.

Mr. McCoy worked for over three decades in the fast food industry.  He managed stores for McDonald's, Long John Silver's, Rally's and others in Arkansas and Texas.
