Tom is preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Morton Wallace; foster parents, Hurt (Naomi) Faulkner; infant twin daughters; brother, Phillip Wallace; an infant twin brother, Johnny Wallace; nephew, Cameron Wallace; son-in-law, Robert Bennett; and John (Delene) Wallace.
He is survived by his wife, of fifty-two years, Barbara Wallace; daughters, Judi (Steve) Copley, Claire Bennett; grandchildren, Garrett Bennett, Sydney Bennett, and Connor Roset.
