Thomas Lee Short, Jr.

Thomas Lee Short Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on August 14, 2024. He was born on January 8, 1966 in Victoria, Texas to Eddie Sue Chandler and the late Thomas Lee Short Sr.

Tommy was a proud US Army Veteran, a follower of Christ, a lover of Carnival cruises, a marathon runner, and the king of dad jokes.

He will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather who cherished his family above all else. His daughter Tamara Dickerson (Doug Dickerson) and grandsons Teddy and Tyson Dickerson were the lights of his life.

Tommy also leaves behind his mother Eddie Sue Chandler, mom Elva Short, brother Randy Garcia (Schantiel Garcia), sister Kimberly Slavinsky (Greg Slavinsky), nephew Nick Slavinsky (McKenna Morehouse), and countless other beloved friends and family.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Bingham Road Baptist Chuch,
923 W Bingham Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206
on August 31, 2024 at 6pm.
