Stacy Ann McCullough was a free-spirited person who did exactly what she wanted and always had fun doing it. She was a genuine, good soul and was the first to assist anyone in need. Stacy’s creativity and loyal friendship will be greatly missed.
Stacy and her twin brother, Casey, were born in Normal, Illinois, on September 30, 1976, to Nancy and Walter McCullough. In high school, Stacy was a self-proclaimed band geek. She moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, where her love and promotion of live music was felt throughout the city’s music scene. Stacy briefly moved to Memphis, Tennessee, and discovered a new-found passion for running. She completed 3 full marathons. She managed and opened numerous restaurants in the Memphis area. She returned to Little Rock in 2015 with her two sweet pups, Bruiser and Peanut. She had a deep love for her niece and nephews. She left this world on March 16, 2018, surrounded by her family and friends. She will be remembered for dancing in the rain, her famous concert yell, her unconventional wit, her love of cheese, her squinty-eyed smile that encompassed her entire face, and her ability to bring people from all walks of life together. She is a star that will never burn out.
A Live Music Memorial to celebrate Stacy’s life will be announced via social media at a later date.
