Sandra Small

January 16, 1942 — July 7, 2013

Sandra Kay Noetzel Small, 71, of Vilonia passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with lung cancer on Sunday July 7, 2013 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born to the late Robert Noetzel and Julia Komosa Whitney on January 16, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the beloved mother of Jack Small Jr. and Julie Brewer; cherished grandmother of TaLisa and Sean Sebourn husband and Torren Brewer; dearest sister to Sonya Leys as well as numerous nieces and nephews of Irvine, California and cousins of Chicago, Illinois. At Sandra’s request, she was cremated with no services. Memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital Cardiology Foundation, P.O. Box 2222 Little Rock, AR 72203. Please
