Ruth Ann (Stoddard) Schwerin

Ruth Stoddard Schwerin age 84 passed away Sunday, June 9th, 2024 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ruth Ann Stoddard was born June 22, 1939 in Richland Center, Wisconsin to Mike C. Stoddard and Beulah Sager Stoddard. 

Ruth was an award winning elementary school teacher; always thrilled to watch children learn. Ruth is survived by two children, Jim Meeker and Mindy (Mike) Osburn; grandchildren Dylan (Michelle) Meeker, Dustin (Amy) Meeker, Callie Meeker (Wesley Ellis); two great grandchildren, all of Little Rock; sister in law, Laura Stoddard of Lone Rock, Wisconsin, niece, Kathie (Tom) Watson of Spring Hill, Florida, and cousin, Janet (George) Urquardt of Kenosha, Wisconsin. 

She was predeceased by her parents, sister and brother in law Jennie and Keith McDougal, brother Mike Stoddard, daughter in law, Susan Anderson Meeker, and her husband, Milton Schwerin. Ruth was a member of Henderson United Methodist Church. Per Ruth’s request, no service will be held. Just as she had faith in the Lord, we have faith that she is now with the Lord.
