Robert Andrew Lockwood

Robert Andrew Lockwood passed away September 17, 2023.  He was born on January 25, 1966 to Frank and Virginia Lockwood of Murfreesboro, Arkansas.  Robert attended school in Murfreesboro, Arkansas and was an active member of 4-H, FFA and the Rattler football team. He proudly graduated with the Class of 1984.  He attended First Christian Church in Murfreesboro.  Robert discovered a passion for radio and began working as a DJ at a local radio station while in high school.  He would later go on to announce for sporting events such as racing.  He was known to many as Andy Lockwood.

Robert is survived by his son, Daniel Lockwood, his sister, Jennifer (Daryl) Milton, his half brother, Ronnie (Carol) Lockwood, his niece, Meghan (Ben) Palmer, his nephew, James Tyler Robbins and his grandchildren, Dakota, Ryan, and Atlas.  A joint service for Daniel's mother, Margaret Reavis and Daniel's father, Robert Lockwood will be planned in the future.
