Phillip Alan Liggett, 74, of Little Rock passed away December 16, 2017 at his home. He was born July 16, 1943 to Tom and Elizabeth (Bayless) Liggett in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
He was proud Veteran of the United States Navy. Phillip and Phyllis lived in many states throughout their 51 years together.
Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, brother Charles, and brother in law Kenneth Martin.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; sister Pat Martin; two nephews, Deiter and Oliver Martin; brothers-in-law, Phillip (Ruth) Fetters, Leroy (Michael) Fetters, David (Marla) Fetters; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
