Paula (Holder) Alexander

Paula Ruth Holder Alexander passed peacefully in her home in Morrilton, Arkansas on April 27th of causes due to an ongoing illness.

Throughout her life Paula was always complementary of the people she cared for, she wanted you to know she cared for you, and wanted to celebrate your victories with you! Her heart was very big, and she shared it when able! She could never be accused of not being a passionate human!

She was also a stellar house keeper, and her children remember this very much. She took pride in her home, from how it was decorated to how clean it was. You never had to worry about company knocking on the door unexpectedly, she was ready!

Let’s not forget her love of fashion! She never passed up a good clearance rack of beautiful clothes!!! (Her kids remember that, as well, as they have many memories of shopping trips with her.) Her love of fashion was life long and showed whenever she left the house.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Holder and Vivian Holder Poore. As well as her maternal grandparents X.C. and David Henry Bostian, and paternal grandparents , Hugh Carson and Dora Holder.

Paula is survived by immediate family members including her brother Randy Holder (Grace), Kansas City, her daughter Jennifer Barnhart Duvall (John), Tulsa, her son Sean Al-Haffar, Murfreesboro, TN, grandson Jacob (Olivia), granddaughter Jaelyn, and granddaughter Jensyn. As well as 3 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. And her most favorite of all, her cat Luna Kitty.

A memorial in her honor is being planned and details will be shared with family and friends.
