Judy Ratliff

Judy Lynn Ratliff, 62, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2021. She was born October 23, 1958, in Waco, Texas. Judy loved her family, Elvis, and anything purple. She was a kind, generous, and an adventurous woman.

Judy is preceded in death by her mother Betty Ann Weathers.

Judy is survived by her loving family. Her survivors include her son Jim (Alena) Blackwood of Hot Springs, AR; grandchildren Tyler Waters, Jacob Stoker, and Bethany Blackwood; sister Sonja Brown of Hot Springs, AR; nieces Christy (Paul) Lindley and Angela (Ben) Dawson of Hot Springs, AR; great-nephew Billy Cash Dawson; and friends.

The family would like to thank CHI St. Vincent and Arkansas Hospice. A celebration of Judy’s life will be at later time.
