Jr. Clanton

John Clanton Jr., 62, earned his angel wings November 5, 2016. He was born June 19, 1954 in Chamblee, Georgia to parents John Clanton Sr. and Christine Searle Clanton. He was in construction business for years before moving to Hot Springs. He was an employee of Majestic and Arlington Hotels. He met Patricia Roberts and married November 30, 2002. He served in the Army. He loved hunting and fishing. John is survived by wife, Patricia Clanton, daughter, Brandi Cain, Hot Springs; sisters, Rose Pixley, Minnesota, Dorothy Varvel, Arizona; brothers, Robert Clanton, Minnesota, Gary Black, Oregon; many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Church of Nazarene, Central Avenue, 6:00p.m., November 17, 2016. Cremation Arrangements Entrusted to Arkansas Cremation. www.ArkansasCremation.com.
