John D. Voorhees was born on November 1, 1936 and died on October 3, 2016. He is survived by Paula L. Voorhees of Cherokee Village Arkansas, and five children, Michael John Voorhees of Florida, Michelle Lynn Franks of St. Louis, Missouri, Jeffery Shawn Voorhees of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Jennifer Eileen Thomas of Granite City, Illinois, and Samantha Dawn Peyton of Marmaduke, Arkansas, and five grandchildren. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Fowler Cancer Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
