Joe Alan Brooks, of Vilonia, Arkansas, was born on May 2, 1958 in Little Rock to Charles and Florine Brooks. He went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 8, 2018.
Joe was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Sherwood. He was a loving father, Paw Paw, brother and friend.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and coaching soccer. He had a contagious laugh and a smile that could light up any room.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Florine Brooks. He is survived by daughters Tessie Brooks Sisk, Carrie Winn and Crystal Romine, longtime companion and best friend, Donna Harmon and son, Chance Harmon, brother Jerry Pack (Jean), Jimmy Brooks, Johnny Brooks, Jack Brooks (Catherine), Jody Brooks (Rita) and sister Paula Jane Davenport
He also leaves behind six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and lifelong friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday February 14, at 10:00 a.m. at Harmony Grove Baptist Church. Inurnment will immediately follow at Harmony Grove Cemetery.
