Jessica Flanigin West died on Friday, August 18, 2017. For over four years, she met every challenge stage IV colon cancer threw at her, with grace, laughter and determination, always positive and smiling. She said may times that she was not afraid to die, that she was afraid to not live. Her faith in God was absolute. She has inspired so many people to live each day to the fullest, to help others and to be caring to all.
Please remember in your prayers, her husband Mark West, his parents, Ron and Jennifer West, her mother Donna Flanigin, her father Richard Flanigin and wife Kim, her brother Craig, her nephews Talon, Boston and Edgewater, her niece Camryn, her stepmother Deb Hansen, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and very special friends.
She will continue to live in the hearts and minds of the countless people whose lives she touched.
A celebration of Jessica’s life will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2017, at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 1000 N. Mississippi Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
Remembrances in her honor may be sent to coloncancercoalition.org or yogawarriors.org.
