Jana Louis Chambers, 58, of Hot Springs Arkansas left for her heavenly home Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House, following a brief illness.
Born March 26, 1959 in Tucson, Arizona. She was the daughter of Donald Shryock Sr. and George Ann Shryock. Jana loved living life and spending time with her friends and family. Jana was also no stranger to the Oaklawn Track where she loved hitting those buttons on the slot machines. Everyone who knew and loved her, knew she had a heart of gold and would do anything she could for them. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Although she lived in Hot Springs for many years, she grew up in El Dorado. Jana had many friends in all the places she ever went to.
Proceeding her in death were her parents, brother, George Shryock, and sister, Jane Reeves.
Survivors include her children, Robert Turner (Melissa) of El Dorado and Max Chambers and Mandi Jones of Hot Springs. She is also survived by her siblings, Josan Lewis of Little Rock, Bert Shryock of El Dorado, Donna Sanders of Baton Rouge, LA, Marsha Wyatt of El Dorado, Brandon Shyrock, Jonah Shryock, Duncan Shryock, Casey Shryock, Clancie Brown (Benji) all of Eldorado; her step-mother Leah Shryock of El Dorado; 9 grandchildren, Calan Novack, Harley Chambers, Dylan Novack, Dagan Martin, Andy Golden, Trey Turner, Jaydon Turner, Alexa Chambers, and Dustin Warnock. Jana also left behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday December 20, 2017 at Victory Church, 1432 N. West Avenue, El Dorado, Arkansas with Pastor Cricket Ables officiating.
The family of Jana Chambers would also like to thank John R. Williamson Hospice House for the outstanding care and services they provided for Jana and also her family. We will never be able to thank everyone enough for the love and compassion you gave to all of us. We would also like to thank her special friend Keli for being such a good friend to Jana and helping us in taking care of her will she was sick.
