Gina (Longina Remsen) Purifoy

Longina “Gina” Purifoy, 65, from Camden, Arkansas passed from this life on April 20th, 2023. Gina was a dispatcher at the Camden Police Dept. for many years. Most recently she was a Court Advocate for victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floy Lehman and Stanley Remsen, uncle and aunt who raised her, Carl & Bernice McMahan, granddaughter, Taylor Carson, and sister Lorraine Anable. Gina is survived by her husband of 20 years, Lucky Purifoy, her daughter, Brandy Remsen Burkett (Brad), grandson, Jacob Earley, brother, Tony Remsen (Karen), and sister, Wanda Garza.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Gina’s life on May 6th at 11am at Hillside Baptist Church, 332 Columbia Ave. Camden AR.
