Ella Pennington

Ella Pearl Pennington, age 81, of Benton, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022. She was born June 27, 1941, in Buckville (Garland County), to Lester Hollowoa and Vera Poole Hollowoa.

Ella was a retired Beauty Salon Operator after 53 years of service.  She was a member of Ten Mile Baptist Church.

Ella was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Vera Hollowoa, and her special life-long friend Deloma Cockrell.

She is survived by her brother, Roy Hollowoa (Beth); daughter, Deronda Nall (Jerry); and son, Roger Pennington (Kathy); nephew, Luke Hollowoa (Stacie); three grandchildren, Rachael Nall, Sarah Ball (Josh), Tyler Pennington (Cristin), and four great grandchildren. All are of Benton.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Ten Mile Baptist Church in Lonsdale. Pastor Will Diggs will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital .
