Dennis West, of Royal Arkansas, born in Salina, Kansas August 29, 1948, died on June 23, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.L West and Barbara West; and a brother, David West.
He is survived by a daughter, Lorrie Hall; and a very special son, Freddy Hall; two grandsons, Leighton and Jaden Hall; two sisters, Debbie Tatom (Curtis), of Texarkana, Texas, Diane Hurst (Mark), of Starkville, Mississippi; numerous nieces; great nieces, nephews and also, special family members, Karen West and Elaine Smedley.
Dennis loved the outdoors and fishing with his son-in-law Freddy. He loved cars and as a younger man raced his GTO and SS Chevelle and had trophies for his wins. Anyone wanting to memorialize Dennis, at his request, he has asked that you take a kid fishing or you may give to the American Cancer Society or give to a local Alzheimer’s foundation, in memory of Barbara West.
