Caren Shoffner

Caren Teresa O’Connell Shoffner passed June 9th 2022. Born June 16, 1960 in Denville, NJ, graduated from Delta State University in 1982 with a B.S. in Education. She thoroughly enjoyed teaching at Riverside School in Avon, MS for 26 years, retiring in 2008. She moved to Hot Springs, Ark in 2013 where she enjoyed many social activities and made many good friends. She was always well dressed for any occasions and loved the “bling”.

Preceded in death by her father, John O’Connell, she is survived by her mother, Teresa Grenevicki O’Connell, daughters Mary Teresa Wrenn (David McClain) and Cathie Marie Carden (Henry Carden), grandkids Michael, Virgil, Hayden, and Parker, along with brother Jack O’Connell and sister Maureen O’Connell.

Thank you all for the record breaking 106 visitors that loved her and came to see her during her time of need in hospice.
