Cameron Franklin Riggs, 57, went to be with God Friday morning July 10, 2015 in Benton, Arkansas. He was born January 11, 1958 in Texas to the late Francis Marsalis and Ned Riggs. He is survived by his sons Jancen Riggs and Brady Riggs. He is also survived by Brady’s wife Karina and granddaughter Haylie, brothers John Allen Riggs, Conard Riggs, sister Sabra Hutcherson and the stepchildren he with which he remained close. He was known affectionately as Big Cameron by nieces and nephews.
Cameron was a land salesman and spent many years working for Cooper communities in Hot Springs Village. He was a lover of deep-sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and made a friend of everyone he met. He loved traveling and living in different places. He enjoyed dressing up as Jake of the blues Brothers for talent shows Halloween and other events and answering the phone as “George Jones.” A remembrance memorial service will be held at Charlie’s Pizza in Hot Springs Village at 6:30 PM on Thursday, July 16th. All are invited to remember the good times with Cameron. He will be dearly missed. Rest in Love.
