Bobby Neal

Bobby Joe Neal, of Little Rock, born July 20, 1960, died on August 10, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Neal. He is survived by a son, Richard Kelly Neal, of Texas; a daughter, Robin Deann Neal, of Texas; and five grandchildren.
