Anne grew up in Manchester with her parents and three siblings. While traveling with her mother on a train to the Isle of Man, Anne met Dale Dady. They dated while Dale was stationed at Burtonwood Air Force Base in Warrington, England. After marrying on June 20, 1953, they moved to the United States. They lived in Memphis while Dale attended pharmacy school, before settling in Pine Bluff. Dale and Anne founded Dale’s Pharmacy in 1959, where they both worked until retirement. They also founded Dale’s Camping Center in 1973.Anne loved sketching, painting, baking, sewing, traveling, and tea time. She also loved gardening and was a Master Gardener. Anne was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church where she served on the altar guild and assisted with communion to the homebound members.Anne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (Nana), and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.She was preceded in death by Dale, her husband of 54 years, in 2008; and a daughter, Sandra Sharp Dady in April 2023. Her parents and a brother also predeceased her.She is survived by daughter, Dawn Clontz (Jim); son, Dale Dady, Jr.; and son, Robert Dady (Sonya); seven grandchildren, Leeanne Crowson (Derek), Brandy Ballew (Chad), Ruth Clontz, Jenay Koonce (Dustin), Elizabeth Benson (Tony), Justin Dady, and Trevor Dady; and eight great-grandchildren.Anne’s family thanks Lettie Lewis for her time as Anne’s caregiver. A family memorial service will be held at a later date at Trinity Episcopal Church in Pine Bluff. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church.
