Angela Nicole Rogers, 34, is finally at peace from her earthly turmoil. She passed away in her sleep from a cardiac event related to liver failure on August 11, 2023, at her home in Jessieville, Arkansas.

Angela was better known as Angie to those closest to her. Angie was a free spirit with a loving soul. She was born in Livingston, Texas on October 23, 1988 to Sarah Dawn Smith-Wylie. She spent her school years attending Jessieville School District. She is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Charlie and Minnie Carpenter; paternal grandparents,
Leon (Buck) and Laura (Mike) Connor-Rogers; maternal grandfather, Jerry Wayne Smith; her fur-ever friend, Monster dog; and the love of her life, Joshua Allan Mudgett.


Angie is survived by her maternal grandmother, Georgia Carpenter-Kennedy; mother, Sarah Dawn Smith-Wylie; daughter, Madison Nicole Mudgett; her four brothers, Jamie Wayne Jackson, Mark Anthony Rogers, Jr., Joeseph Lee Rogers, and Matthew Abram Rogers; her two sisters, Sarah Beth Smith, and Amy May Rogers; her in-laws, Allan and Darlene Mudgett, and
Janette Starling along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.

A memorial will be announced at a later date once Angie’s ashes have been returned to her family.
