Alexander Gabriel Locke went to be with Jesus, July 25, 2017 following his lifelong battle with chronic lung disease. His final days were spent surrounded by his daddy, mommy, two older brothers, and the nurses whom he touched throughout his short, yet very memorable life.
Alexander was born in Shreveport, Louisiana May 3, 2016 to Chad and Amy Locke of Fayette, Alabama. He has two older brothers Samuel and Henry Locke. He is the grandson of Greg and Joyce Stocks of Winfield, Alabama. Carol Lynn of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Theresa Locke of Fayette, Alabama and Michael Locke of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Alexander’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that his life was completely full of love and meaning. His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him and though he never spoke a word, his voice and thoughts were always heard.
Alexander possessed strength, perseverance, and the ability to overcome incredible odds. With his courage he led us to believe that each day is a blessing from God and an opportunity to show Gods love to others. He loved being rocked while cuddling close to his mommy, daddy, and the nurses who took care of him.
His big brothers Samuel and Henry will miss him so very much and his mommy and daddy can’t wait to see him again in heaven.
Alexander’s Life Celebration Service will be held Saturday August 5, 2017 6:30pm at Two Rivers Park in Little Rock, Arkansas.
