Susan Elizabeth Cupp Farque, age 65, died Sunday, December 10, 2017. She was born in Malvern, Arkansas to the late Elvus A. and Elizabeth G. Cupp. She graduated from Malvern High School and the University of Central Arkansas. She worked for 28 years at Disability Determination for Social Security. After her retirement, she cared for her husband, Dr. Gregory Farque, as he dealt with the devastating effects of Huntington’s disease. They were married for 35 years before his death in 2012. She was fortunate to have many good friends including those in her "lunch bunch," coffee group, sharing group, supper groups and pals from her husband’s medical school days. She was able to do a great deal of traveling in her lifetime and relished her trips.
She is survived by her brothers, Elvus Allan Cupp (Carolyn) of Clifton Park, NY and Gordon Cupp (Beverly) of Russellville, her step-daughter Amy and her son Nash of Monticello, six nephews and a niece and their children, and her dogs Ragamuffin and Tagalong.
