Ricky Dale Wallace, age 59, passed away on December 21, 2017. He was a resident of Batesville, Arkansas where he retired after 22 years at the Shelby County health department in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Charles "Junior" Wallace and Louise Wells.
Rick is survived by his daughter Carmen, sisters; Tina and Sheila, Father "Junior", step-mother Barbara, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
One of the things Rick loved the most was nature. He often commented on how much he loved living in the mountains and how peaceful he felt there. He would feed and give water to any critter that would allow it. Rick was a kind and generous person who often thought of others before himself. His memory will live on in the hearts of many.
Although we've lost a wonderful person, we've gained an awesome guardian angel.
