Richard "Flippin" Paxson, 53, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, October 26th, 2013. He was born in Marshalltown, Iowa and leaves to cherish his memories, son Bradley Hopper, fianc+e Patsy Ellis, and a host of family, friends, nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be Saturday, 1:00 p.m., November 9th at the Friendly Chapel Church of the Nazarene in North Little Rock.
