Patrick Wayne Collins was born April 22, 1956, and passed away on April 4, 2017. Most people know him as Wayne.
He was raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and went to Pine Bluff High School, where he joined the Marines. He earned a Purple Heart after 2 tours in Vietnam. When he returned to civilian life, he became a police officer in Canton, Ohio. He returned to Pine Bluff where he worked at Pine Bluff Arsenal and then retired.
He was preceded in death by his father, Archie Allen, mother, Patricia Broach; step-fathers, Donald Collins, and Aarbon Broach, and a sister, Donna Parker Howey.
He is survived by a sister, Paula Collins of Monroe, Louisiana, a brother Billy Collins and wife Anita Collins, a niece Jennifer Collins, brother David Collins and wife Barbara Collins, nephews, Chris and wife Jessica Collins, Cory Collins and fiancé Lindsay Copeland, Cody Collins, and great-nephew, Bryan Collins.
