Maxine Lillian Manning, age 93, of Charleston, AR, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2017. She was born in Bellevue, PA on February 26, 1924 to the late Harold King and Eva Marie Perkins King. Maxine served in the United States Air Force, and spent countless hours caring for others as a nurse.
