Joseph Hurrell

Joseph Phillip Hurrell, age 73, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2020.  He was born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 15, 1946 to Edith Hurrell. He loved being a horse jockey in his younger years, which ultimately landed him in Hot Springs, Arkansas where he planted his roots. He loved the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, but more than anything, he loved his family and would do anything for them.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his beloved in laws, Benson and Ethel Yates.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Edna Hurrell and their son Tony Hurrell, as well as his granddaughter Emily Tilley and four great grandchildren, Aiden Hurrell, Gavin Breshears, Harley Tilley and Finn Tilley.
