Jerry Howard Everett, 78, entered into his eternal reward on March 16, 2018. He was the son of Joseph Ralph Everett and Nellie Frances Couch Everett and was born on July 23, 1939 in Forty Four, Arkansas.
Jerry worked construction most of his life. He retired and then went to work selling tractors before retiring again. This retirement only lasted a short time before he began selling utility trailers. His work history was remarkable, and being in ICU didn’t stop him from taking calls to sell a trailer.
He was united in marriage to Peggy Gene Rousseau on October 26, 1963 in Yakima, Washington. Two became one, 54 years of marriage for better or for worse, in sickness and health till death do they part. Jerry finished his race peacefully with his loving wife by his side.
Jerry was a follower of Jesus, and passed down a gift of love and legacy to his three children, Terry Roberts (Tim) of Greenbrier, Cheryl Taylor (Randy) of El Paso, and Rick Everett (Shelly) of Beebe, five grandchildren, Nikki Richards, Kyle Taylor, Kayla Campbell, Britnney Roberts, and Dallas Everett, and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Hurblee Everett, Hairl Everett, Mark Everett, Darrell Everett, James Everett; two sisters, Wonnie Hallman, and Beverly Caroline Everett; and two grandchildren.
