Irvin Teet

Irvin Ray Teet age 65 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away December 29, 2020 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

He is survived by the love of his life, his wife Cleta Teet, sisters, Dallas Smith (Stan), Glenda Scott all of Hot Springs, Arkansas. His stepsons, Joe Barrington of Hawkins, Texas ,and Dwayne Barrington of Lindale, Texas, a large extended family who loved him, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Glen Teet and Maxine Bouwens Teet. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska November 24, 1955.

Irvin loved life, a very loving kind man, always thinking of others. He was a horseman of thoroughbreds and worked for Bennett Brothers and did beautiful rock work. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting and racing thoroughbred horses. He was very proud of his accomplishments in life of which he worked very hard to achieve.

Thank you to all who loved Irvin and treated him with kindness. Special thanks to Chaplains Rich and Robi Heffington of Oaklawn Chapel who made a house call when Irvin was too ill to go to them. Irvin had a special respect and appreciation for Dr. Divers and all the staff at Genesis Cancer Center. Thanks to all the support and kindness received from friends, family and the families' co-workers who helped get us through this difficult time.

There will be a memorial service for Irvin at the Oaklawn Racetrack Chapel January 9, 2021 at 1 P M.
