Hazel "Cookie" Watson Simmons, 79, of Sherwood, Arkansas, passed away on August 22, 2017 at Premier Health Care. Cookie was a hair dresser who retired after 55 years.
Cookie was preceded in death by John Simmons her husband of 35 years. She is survived by 1 sister, 6 children, dearly beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 6:00PM at Fellowship North Church, located at 1 E. 52nd St. in North Little Rock.
